Introduction:

 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic caseworker who will provide excellent casework service to victims, support and manage other caseworkers, monitor levels of hate incidents and performance. 

 

Vacancy detail:

 

In partnership with key agencies we work to tackle hate incidents & crimes through supporting victims/witnesses combined with effective intervention, preventive and enforcement measures. We work with community and consultative forums and seek to increase trust and confidence in minority communities.

FAMILY INTERVENTION PROJECT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CO-ORDINATOR, BRIGHTON

The aim of this role is to support the Family Intervention Project in delivering interventions that are linked to interpersonal abuse/violence which aims to reduce anti-social behaviour, prevent/reduce offending and increase positive outcomes with the most challenging families. The FIP DV Co-ordinator will act as an advisor around DV issues to FIP team members regarding their practice around interpersonal abuse/violence, assessments, potential Marac cases, and criminal and civil justice interventions.
